Voltage dip, only about lOmsec, can cause damages for product line of semiconductor material. So we developed high voltage momentary voltage dip compensation machine which can take countermeasure for voltage dip at high voltage part of customers' receiving end. This paper introduces the outline of the machine, the result of analysis and output voltage waveform of the product.
