A Belfast Rate-payer.-Certainly the conduct of Dr. M'Gee is deserving of the highest praise. Surely, after all his exertions in the cause of the health of the inhabitants of Belfast, he is entitled to something more than a mere vote of thanks from the board of guardians. There can be no question of the vast importance of house-to-house visitation, nor of the other means adopted by Dr. M'Gee to prevent the spread of cholera. .A.
