This paper proposes an adaptive interconnection and damping assignment (IDA) passivity-based controller (PBC) with a complementary proportional integral (PI) controller for dc-dc boost converters with constant power loads (CPLs). The plant is modeled as a port-controlled Hamiltonian system (PCHS).
