The results of some theoretical studies of scientists in the context of conceptualized problems were used; diagnostic tools presented by the verbal-associative methodology "Emotions. Knowledge. Protection. Benefit", the validity of which is generally accepted by experts; empirical developments obtained as a result of self-reflection of the experience of using healthpreserving techniques of environmental education of students. As a result of the analytical work, generalizations are made regarding the fundamental importance of relying on the neurophysiological basis of those health-preserving life techniques of modern students, which allow us to understand health in a broad sense, taking into account the ever-increasing impact of the environmental factor.
