Background: The molecular pathogenesis of ccRCC was still unknown. Hence, the ccRCC-associated genes needs to explored.Methods: Three ccRCC expression microarray datasets (GSE14762, GSE66270 and GSE53757) downloaded from gene expression omnibus (GEO) database.
