... al stent implantation before CABG (group 2). Mean follow-up was 12 months. Results. The average time interval to CABG following initial PCI was 18.5 months. There was no significant difference in demographic features and risk factors between the two groups (p>0.05). There were also no significant differences in intraoperative and postoperative data, and no significant differences for in-hospital mortality, cardiac mortality and total mortality and in the number of rehospitalizations for cardiac or for all-cause reasons (p>0.05). Conclusions. In this study, previous PCI did not significantly influence the outcomes of CABG in a 12-month follow-up period.
