We present a self-consistent approach for solving at the same time the vibrational kinetics, the electron kinetics and the plasma chemistry in magnetic multicusp sources and compare, for H2 plasmas, our theoretical results with the available experimental ones for different quantities (vibrational distribution, electron density, atomic and negative ion concentrations).
