ABSTRAK Gastritis adalah proses inflamasi pada mukosa dan submukosa lambung atau gangguan kesehatan yang disebabkan oleh faktor iritasi dan infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran asuhan keperawatan pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi pada pasien gastritis, penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus metode deskriptif. Desain yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus berupa pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan yang komprensif. Subjek studi kasus ini berjumlah 3 orang pasien. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa ketiga pasien mengalami gastritis dengan masalah ketidakseimbangan nutrisi kurang dari kebutuhan tubuh. Penelitan ini diharapkan mampu menjadi pedoman bagi pembaca agar mampu mengetahui sedini mungkin tentang pentingnya tidak telat makan.
