This paper attempts to analyze factors involved in the development of urban green spaces with a systematic and structural approach and extract the most important factors for the optimal development of urban green spaces using relationships between these factors. Then, analysis of factors that have been extracted from MICMAC, relevance of factors involved in the development of green spaces in the city of Tabriz have been analyzed and finally key factors were determined. Eleven factors have identified as key factors that have important role in development of optimal green spaces in Tabriz city.
