... nd phytoconstituents by using tests extract and HPTLC finger printing. Quantitative analysis of macronutrients and minerals including protein pattern was done by SDS-PAGE analysis. Results: In the present investigation preliminary phytochemical screening of the MAE, PLE shows the presence of constituents like alkaloid, carbohydrates, phytosterol, tannins, phenol, flavonoids, glycosides, terpenes, and lignin. The presence of heavy metals and minerals of the plant extracts evidence for their antioxidant and radical scavenging activity. Conclusion: The study concludes the presence of active components responsible for antioxidant and hepato protective activity. Further studies are needed with these plants to assess their pharmacological potentials, isolate, characterize and elucidate the structures of the bioactive compounds responsible for their activities and other medicinal values.
