Dairy industry is the one of the pollution food industry and considering huge amount of water is used during production of milk and its products. The waste water contains dissolved sugars, proteins, and fat which is biodegradable and organic in nature. So that dairy waste water is considered as high concentration of organic matter and high BOD.
