In a number of dwarf spiral galaxies the HI-emission has been studied with sufficient resolution to derive the rotation curves of the galaxies. These show that the disks of dwarf spirals are imbedded in extended haloes of dark matter, quite similar to the disks of giant spiral galaxies.doi:10.1017/s0074180900232312 fatcat:azf5wdfo4vhz3nfpwm4eq3c75u
