Das anaplastische großzellige Lymphom (ALCL) gehört zur Gruppe der T-Zell Non-Hodgkin-Lymphome und tritt in zwei systemischen Formen auf, dem anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) -positiven (ALK+) und ALK-negativen (ALK-) ALCL. ALK+ ALCL haben in der Regel eine gute Prognose und treten im jüngeren Alter auf, wohingegen das ALK- ALCL vermehrt bei älteren Patienten auftritt und eine schlechtere Prognose hat.
