This paper reports an experience in implementing workshops for teachers from local schools of Rio Grande do Norte. The aim of the workshops was to create opportunities for educators to use Scratch software as a tool to assist them in teaching practice and also fun activities to teach computing concepts through Computing Unplugged. The workshops presented significant results.
