Technology offers the opportunity to change the roles that teachers and students have traditionally played. With technology dispersing information, teachers are free to coach and facilitate students learning. With technology monitoring, students become active and effectively acquire new skills. Educational access to ICT tools, applications, networks and media worldwide has grown dramatically. Students use technology tools to enhance learning, increase productivity, and promote creativity.
