Efesiensi Teknis Pemasangan Rumpon di Perairan Bone Bolango Provinsi Gorontalo

ABSTRAK Perairan Teluk Tomini sekitar perairan Bone Bolango terdapat sejumlah alat bantu penangkapan yang biasa disebut dengan rumpon. Rumpon tersebut terpasang dan tersebar di perairan dimana mimiliki sejumlah faktor-faktor teknis yang dapat mempengaruhi produksi tangkapan. more » ... g diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu kedalaman perairan (x 1 ), lama masa panen rumpon (x 2 ), jarak rumpon dengan daratan (x 3 ), jarak antar rumpon (x 4 ) dan produksi tangkapan ikan di area rumpon (Y). Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 22 spot tempat pemasangan rumpon. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis efisiensi teknis (Tehcnical Eficiency) menggunakan model DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis efisiensi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 0,802 yang berarti bahwa secara umum pemasangan rumpon di perairan Bone Bolango relatif belum efisien. Dari 22 spot rumpon yang diamati, terdapat 2 spot rumpon yang sudah efisien yaitu pada spot 18 yang memiliki kedalamanan 600 meter, lama masa panen rumpon selama 10 hari, jarak rumpon dengan daratan sejauh 591 meter dan jarak antar rumpon sejauh 539 meter dengan produksi tangkapan di area rumpon sebesar 1850 kg serta rumpon pada spot 21 yang memiliki kedalamanan 800 meter, lama masa panen rumpon selama 7 hari, jarak rumpon dengan darata sejauh 2065 meter, jarak antar rumpon sejauh 799 meter dan produksi tangkapan sebesar 2000 kg. ABSTRACT Tomini Bay waters around Bone Bolango waters have numbers of fishing aids commonly referred to as FADs. These FADs are installed and spread in waters which have number of technical factors that can affect catch production. This study aims to determine the value of the technical efficiency of installing FADs in Bone Bolango waters. This research was carried out in the waters of Bone Bolango, Gorontalo Province in April-August 2018. The variables observed in this study were water depth (x1), FAD harvest time (x2), FADs distance from land (x3), distance between FADs (x4). ) and fish catch production in FADs (Y ). The number of samples used were 22 spots where FADs were installed. The data obtained were analyzed using an analysis of technical efficiency (Technical Efficiency) using the DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model. Based on the results of the efficiency analysis obtained an average value of 0.802 which means that in general the installation of FADs in Bone Bolango waters is relatively inefficient. Of the 22 spot FADs observed, there were 2 spots of FADs that were efficient, namely on spot 18 which had 600 meters in depth, long FAD harvest period for 10 days, FADs distance with land as far as 591 meters and distance between FADs as far as 539 meters with production catch in FADs area is 1850 kg and FADs on spot 21 have 800 meters depth, FAD harvest time is 7 days, FADs range from 2065 meters, distance between FADs is 799 meters and catch production is 2000 kg.
