小児重症筋無力症の麻酔経験
A 9 year-old boy was diagnosed with severe type JMG and underwent thoracoscope-assisted thymectomy. To avoid myasthenia crisis, he was anesthetized without muscular relaxant. Sevoflurane and remifentanil fully suppressed coughing and body movement even with tracheal intubation and the surgery was performed safely. After surgery, he was extubated in the operating room and had an uneventful postoperative course. We report anesthetic management without neuromuscular relaxant for a severe JMG patient.
