The experimental group was paced under 12 sessions of the successful intelligence training. In this research, in three stages (pretest, posttest and follow up), the educational motivation questionnaire by Vallerand and Bissonnette (1992) was used. To analyze data, the variance analysis with repeated measurement was used. Findings revealed that there was a significant difference between the experimental and control groups with relation to intrinsic extrinsic educational motivation between the control and experimental groups at the stage of posttest and follow up. In other words, training successful intelligence was effective on increasing the intrinsic and extrinsic educational motivation of the female students. Also, result indicated that the impact of the training had been sustained in the long run. Therefore, in accordance with the results found in the research, the successful intelligence training program at schools beside other programs could be used in order to promote the students' educational enthusiasm.
