High precision calibration of polygons for emerging demands

The polygons are basic angle standards that are still considered as one of the most precise-robust references for establishment of traceability in angle measurements. Investigations for high precision calibration of polygons to answer new demands (expanded uncertainties less than 0.1") were carried out.
