The main target of this research is to investigate relationship between dimensions of promotion of organizational performance and employees' empowerment. The research is a descriptive-correlation study. Statistical population of the research included all employees of National Bank in Tonekabon City. 120 employees were selected by means of single-stage cluster random sampling.
