Decision-making is an important element in the management field. Today, organizational intelligence and business intelligence are taken into consideration for immediate access to information for better decision making. Organizational intelligence means having thorough knowledge of all the factors affecting the organization that helps us discover the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and modify the weaknesses. more » ... on-making in business on the basis of realities. Each of these types of intelligence has different levels of effectiveness in the managerial field. The organizational intelligence and business intelligence should be localized to suit the organization. Business intelligence and organizational intelligence have been used in this paper to refine and analyze the data in order to improve the management of Gas Company in Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari Province. Thus, Provich's Business Intelligence Questionnaire and Albrecht's Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire were designed and completed, both having high reliability. According to the results of the Pearson correlation coefficient, binomial test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and T-test, all components are able to improve the management of the organization. There is also a significant positive relationship between organizational and business intelligence and management improvement. In addition, business intelligence was shown to have higher effectiveness in Gas Company than organizational intelligence and its analysis will lead to a better understanding in the organization.
