The article is devoted to the study of the specifics of the formation of the image of a modern soldier in the Russian media. The author outlined the relevance, significance, purpose and hypothesis of the study. Theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of image, in particular, the image of employees of executive authorities and military personnel are considered.
