A Process Traceability Methodology to Support Conflict Management

The process of collaborative engineering design is relatively complex, and often results in various conflicts due to multi-actors interactions. Therefore, a critical element of collaborative design would be conflict situations resolution. In this paper, a process traceability based methodology is proposed to support conflict management.
