... adopted using a questionnaire as instrument for data collection. Multistage sampling technique was used to sample 270 respondents. Five (5) research questions and one (1) hypothesis were developed to guide the study. The results show that distance learning students from both universities use online resources for educational purposes and general knowledge, positive relationship between computer anxiety and online resources. The study recommends that universities should subscribe for more relevant online resources for the benefit of their students, who desire to use relevant online resources but are hindered by cost and technical issues.
