The construction of a Museum of Contemporary Art will become a key cultural reference within the city. The location of the museum is ideal, near both the city's cultural and social centre and the newer part of the city. The positioning of the building was derived from a precise study of the lot: the need to create an area which would join the two sectors of the city.
