Purpose. To study a clinical efficiency of diod laser transscleral cyclophoto-coagulation (TSCPC) stopped preliminary a high level of intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with phacomorphic glaucoma (PMG) during preparation for cataract phacoemulsification.Material and methods. The study included 68 eyes with the PMG and a high IOP level not lowered with medicaments. A part of patients had the pain syndrome, keratopathy became perceptible.
