A High-Performance Liquid Chromatography method was developed for identification, quantification and control of possible impurities related to α-ketovaline calcium salt. A stainless-steel column (YMC Triart-C18: 250 × 4.6 mm, 5µm, made: Japan) and two different mobile phases [Mobile phase A containing 0.1% of orthophosphoric acid aqueous solution and B containing acetonitrile and methanol in a ratio 90:10 (v/v)] as an eluent at flow rate 1.0 mL/min were used to achieve the separation and

The method was validated for Specificity, Limit of Detection (LOD), Limit of Quantification (LOQ), Linearity, Range and Recovery (Accuracy).
