Objective:To examine the factor validity extracted from the responses of Yogo teachers in the initial and second stages of the continued support process shown in previous studies, and clarify the experiences of Yogo teachers associated with the verification of the relationship between the initial and second stages of continued support among these teachers who continuously supported high school students with their mental and physical health problems. After an exploratory factor analysis of data from 9 3 (valid response rate: 4 0. 1%)out of the 1 1 2 subjects (recovery rate: 4 8. 2%) , a Pearson s product-moment correlation analysis was conducted to verify the relationship between the responses of Yogo teachers in the initial and second stages; a one-way analysis of variance and multiple comparative analysis were conducted to verify the relationship between the number of years of service in high school and the amount of continued support for the corresponding factors of Yogo teachers.
