Osteoradionecrosis of the mandible is one of the severe complications of radiation therapy for head and neck cancer. Generally, osteoradiomyelitis or osteoradionecrosis presenting pathological fracture is categorized into advanced stage that requires mandibular resection followed by bone reconstruction.
