... the own research present the opinions of the local community on the ways in which the company communicates, the actions taken to reduce the negative activities of the company. The aim of the study is to determine the level of development of sustainable pro-environmental management in a Polish energy production enterprise. An indicator for the development of sustainable pro-environmental management for the energy company was also calculated. The survey was conducted on a random sample of 300 people. The response rate was 31%. Respondents were residents of the province in which the energy company is located.
