The administrative judiciary in Algeria is not only responsible for the defense of rights and freedoms, it also undertakes the law of nature protection on the occasion of disputes before it. The more the administrative judiciary recognizes that the environment is in danger, the necessary action has been taken what is necessary to make such protection. Thus, it has become a duty of the state to guarantee security in its territory, to protect public health, and to give services to the judiciary.
