... int confronte l'outil conceptuel à la réalité du terrain d'une concentration d'agro-industrie rurale de production d'huile d'argane dans la région du Souss-Massa-Drâa dont le développement organisationnel aboutit à la qualification du produit,une IGP (indication géographique protégée) exprimant un rapport spécifique au territoire et fondant, en grande partie, les dispositifs de l'action collective qui s'y déroule. Un troisième point étudie le cas particulier des coopératives féminines de production d'huile d'argane dans cette région, objet du projet arganier de l'Agence de développement social et l'Union européenne, pour apprécier le degré d'applicabilité de la démarche et les écarts par rapport au modèle de référence et expose un certain nombre de recommandations à même d'en améliorer l'efficacité. Abstract The purpose of this article is to analyze the emergence of a localized agri-food system (LAS) through the characterization of specific resources and processes of collective action therein. A first point presents a framework for understanding the systemic LAS by characterizing its dimensions. These aspects are specific to territorial anchoring through the emphasis on the importance of qualification via territorial origins and its relation to sustainable development. The second issue confronts the conceptual tool Mustapha Asstour to the field reality by the study of a concentration of rural agro-industry production of argan oil in the region of Souss-Massa-Draâ. The approach specifies the organizational originality of these food territorialized organizations. This includes organizational development leading to the qualification of the product, PGI expressing a specific territory and supporting, in large part, the devices of collective action in this located production system.The third point studies the particular case of the women's cooperatives producing argan oil in this region, Object of the project argane tree of the Agency of Social Development and the European Union, to appreciate the degree of applicability of the approach, the distances from the reference model and expose a number of recommendations that can improve efficiency.
