Supply Chain Networks (SCN) are very complex organisational systems, and their reengineering gives rise to major projects which must be carefully planned and managed. These projects must follow a comprehensive analysis and design methodology taking into account all the problem facets, and they must be supported with appropriate computer-aided analysis and modeling tools. This paper proposes such a comprehensive SCN reengineering methodology for businesses operating in an uncertain environment.
