The paper presents a continuation of discussion regarding personal matters on the course of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) such as ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (KD) in pregnant women, including the problems of basic drug therapy of the main disease both during pregnancy and lactation period.
