An approach to leader selection in the mining industry based on the use of weighted sum preferred levels of the performances method

Bearing in mind the importance of the leaders for organization, therefore this manuscript is aimed to the selection of leaders in the mining industry based on the use of multiple-criteria decisionmaking methods (MCDM). The proposed approach for selection of leaders is based on the use of the SWARA method and a weighted sum preferred levels of performances approach (WS PLP). The usability and efficiency of the proposed approach is considered on the conducted empirical example.
