Gecko's dry attachment system has been acknowledged to be the most efficient among all the biological attachment systems. This remarkable ability derives from the hierarchical and fibrillar structures on the gecko's foot which is composed of nearly v particularly, Dr. Yeo Lip Pin and Dr. Chen Xing, for their unconditional support and contributions to this thesis.
