Abstract:We report on a 62-year-old male patient who was diagnosed to have generalized severe chronic periodontitis and underwent oral rehabilitation with a cross-arch bridge after nonsurgical periodontal therapy and MTM. The patient was then shifted to supportive periodontal therapy (SPT). Based on the clinical and radiographic examination findings, the periodontal tissue condition remains well 1 year later in the patient on SPT.
