This work illustrated applying DAMIC model in the industrial sector. The data of this case obtained from a leading manufacturing company based on Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Statistical analysis has been applied using EViews7 and SPSS25. A Cause-and-Effect diagram has been proposed.
