Farmer Business School (FBS) which is a component of the specialized extension system of Ghana Cocoa Board was introduced to ensure sustainable and profitable cocoa production among farmers. FBS Participants are making higher yield with superior quality cocoa beans than Non-FBS participants. It is recommended therefore to COCOBOD and other stakeholders to adopt measures to promote participation of farmers in FBS so that the country can maintain its position on the world level in terms of yield and quality.
