This study aimed to synthesis of new compounds that containing nitrogen atom and test their anticancer activity. New alkaloids have been synthesized and 1 H, 13 C NMR, IR and LC-MS have been thoroughly characterized. Cytotoxicity was measured against the MCF-7 human breast cell lines. The results showed better significant cytotoxic activity of RU8 followed by RU6 and finally RU7 against the human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7.
