As an important point of the modern manufacturing execution system, the process monitoring technology implements the circulation process tracking as well as the cooperative controlling of the WIP (work-in-process) production [1] . Recently, with the application of RFID technology in the discrete manufacturing industry, the research of the manufacturing process monitoring management technology RFID-based has started. The domestic corporation of Chongqing-Zongshen has implemented monitoring the field condition of the production line through RFID technology which integrates MES system. But the systems mentioned above can neither implement the organic integration of RFID technology, nor fast track the related data of WIP circulation, which leads to the phenomenon of information-island. In the respect of real-time and functionality, these systems can't meet the demand of the enterprise management system [2] [3] . Compared with the previous work, the system proposed in this paper, is based on the application service agents, using the complex logic controlling method in RFID acquisition system and the acquisition node based on RFID is designed. There are better real-time and openness characteristics in the whole system. Abstract: Considering the higher requirements for data acquisition and information processing of process-trace in discrete manufacturing industry, the architecture of the process monitoring management system based on RFID is proposed. The implementation mechanism of the application agent structure is presented as well as the complex logic controlling method. The progress analysis model is also given. At last, the implementation of the intelligent terminal is given, which proves the feasibility and the effectiveness of the system in practical application.
