This research study, conducted in 2015, examined the differences in ICT Skills and the extent of technology integration in the teaching-learning process among the 167 nursing faculty in Western Visayas, Philippines. The findings strongly suggest that there is still a need for professional growth and development opportunities among nursing faculty. ICT posed a great challenge to nursing faculty, therefore, it is important to enhance their ICT skills through continuous hands-on training to facilitate appropriate integration within teaching and learning. Recommendations focused on enhancement capability-building programs in ICT, improving school resources and facilities, and adaptation to technological use in nursing education.
