The Collection of Debt under a Public Servitude Agreement for Specific Purposes The article analyses the provisions of Chapter V.7 of the land code of the Russian Federation, according to which the arrears of public agreement for servitude individual goals is derived from direct public easement fees and damages. Taking into account a priori economic benefits of public easement holder proposes the formation of such a balance of interests of the parties, which would allow the right holder to recover such land plot called debt most effectively.
