The first regional meeting ever to be held by the American Chemi cal society, will be held at the U ni versity December 7-8. Two world -fam ous chemists who will be the principal speakers are Professor T. R. Hogness, di rector of the chemical division of the atomic bomb project at the University of Chicago, and Dr. R. R.
