A model is developed to calculate the intake air temperature. For intake to the façade the temperature of the intake air is influenced by the façade construction and the intake variants. At times of peak intake air temperatures the decentral ventilation systems have to provide considerably more cooling power than central systems. In recent years decentral ventilation systems have been developed to supply rooms with heated or cooled air. The devices are installed in the façade of a building.
