ANALISIS PENINGKATAN KEPUASAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP TEAM TEACHING MATA KULIAH DEPARTEMEN MANAJEMEN TEKNOLOGI ITS

Improving students' satisfaction to the subjects team teaching of ITS Technology Management Department needs to do assessment using Gap Analysis. It was chosen to find out the expectation and reality that students felt to academic service provided by subject team teaching. The expertise areas that this department has are: Industrial Management, Project Management, and Information Technology Management. more » ... ents. The data processing results show that there were 17 subjects with valid data. Enhancements needed to improve students' satisfaction are by implementating midterm exam, final exam, and task (presentation) on schedule, giving lecture material according to the expertises, giving clear and understandable lecture material, giving subjects literature, performing objective and transparent assessment, explaining lesson plan, holding lecture on schedule, being able to understand students' characteristic, being available for discussion outside the class meetings, accepting criticism and suggestion. Abstrak Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap team teaching mata kuliah Departemen Manajemen Teknologi ITS, dilakukan penilaian menggunakan Gap Analysis. Analisis tersebut dipilih untuk mengetahui harapan dan kenyataan yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik yang diberikan oleh team teaching mata kuliah. Bidang keahlian yang dimiliki oleh Departemen Manajemen Teknologi ITS antara lain: Manajemen Industri, Manajemen Proyek, dan Manajemen Teknologi Informasi.Total mata kuliah sebesar 23, ditempuh oleh mahasiswa semester 2,3,4.Dimanamahasiswatersebut adalah responden penelitian. Dari hasil pengolahan data, terdapat 17 mata kuliah dengan data yang valid. Perbaikan yang diperlukan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa antara lain: Pelaksanaan UTS, UAS, dan Tugas (Presentasi) sesuai jadwal; Penyampaian materi perkuliahan sesuai keahlian yang dimiliki; Pemberian materi perkuliahan jelas dan mudah dipahami;Pemberian literature mata kuliah; Penilaian dilakukan secara objektif dan transparan; Penjelasan Rancangan Pembelajaran; Perkuliahan dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal; Mampu memahami karakteristik mahasiswa; Bersedia diskusi diluar jam perkuliahan; Memiliki keterbukaan terhadap kritik dan saran.
