Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and the gastrointestinal tract is the most common site of extranodal involvement. Studies have shown that Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) may contribute to development of gastric DLBCL and H. pylori eradication is effective as the sole treatment in early stage gastric DLBCL.
