Abstract: Basedonthecooperationofthefluoratedpolyurethaneandnanosiliconoxide,superhydrophobiccoating wassuccessfullyfabricatedonthesurfaceofaluminiumalloy.Thesuperhydrophobiccoatingwascharacterizedand investigatedbyFT鄄IR、 SEMandelectrochemicalmeasurement.TheFT鄄IRresultshowedthatsilanecouplingreagent (A1100)wasgraftedonthesurfaceofthenano鄄disiliconoxide.Scanningelectronicmicroscopy(SEM)andoptical contactanglemeter(兹)indicatedthatroughstructurewaspresentonthesurfaceofthecoating,andthecontactangle
