OBJECTIVE: Acute recovery from concussion (mild traumatic brain injury) is assessed in samples of NFL and high school athletes evaluated within days of injury. METHODS: All athletes were evaluated within days of injury using a computer-based neuropsychological test and symptom inventory protocol.
