This paper introduces a management system for robot groups with "holonic architecture" which is one of distributed and hierarchical system architectures. In order to manage collaboration of many robots, we put submanagement system on each work sub-space. A management system on a subspace divides a task given by upper space into some sub-tasks and gives lower sub-spaces those sub-tasks.
